Synopsis:
Davie (Conor Berry) is a council plan dreamer, hustling relentlessly for his next buck, and wasting it on the ponies. Davie falls for trainee nurse Shona (Tara Lee) after a football accident and attempts to impress her by running a discotheque. The trio will start supporting bands together with friends John and Scot, resulting in a hugely ambitious Iron Maiden gig at Caird Hall, Dundee. They go heavily into debt with Fergie, a gangster with legendary violence, with such grand ambition. To pull off the greatest scam of his life, Davie must use every trick.
