    A female pilot with top secret cargo talks her way on board a bomber aircraft about to take-off on a stormy night during World War II. The crass all-male crew agrees reluctantly, but their doubts about her attitude and the enigmatic cargo are increasingly growing. Then, in the clouds, a shadow emerges - was it the incoming Japanese fleet? Or carried on by some such sinister stowaway?
