Storyline:
    Anti-narcotics special operative Nina Manigan (Anne Curtis) is ready to go head-to-head with the cocaine traffickers keeping a bloody lock on Manila, after surviving the massacre of her entire team in a drug sweep corrupted by dirty cops. But as her latest assignment in the most dangerous slum of the city goes south, her team is turned on by angry people. Their only choice is to battle their way out, turning one claustrophobic street at a time into a symphony of apocalyptic bloodshed, caught between a vicious meth cartel and crowds of bloodthirsty people.
