Storyline:
    As a way of subsistence for his family back in the Philippines, Benny Librada (Jinggoy Estrada) works in Qatar. Caught in a precarious situation, he falls for Mercy Dungca (Ariella Arida), who works with Dungca as a nurse in the Gulf country to become the "reluctant mistress" of Benny. Salve (Sylvia Sanchez), back in the Philippines, the matriarch of Librada, strives to keep her family together while covering her terminal illness.
